PWR is dedicated to the data-driven treatment of oilfield waters and waste streams, utilizing fit-for-purpose chemistry, automation, and customized treatment systems. PWR's core services include infield recycling of produced water, freshwater treatment during completions, and comprehensive water quality analysis from completions through production. PWR is also focused on the treatment of produced water to a high quality potentially suitable for reuse outside of the oil field.

Since the founding of PWR in late 2019, the company has focused on developing proprietary water treatment technologies and methodologies aimed at the responsible use of produced water. Dr. James Rosenblum leads PWR with a substantial commitment to advancing the management of produced water within the oil and gas industry.

With over two decades of experience in water and wastewater research and an impressive academic background, Dr. Rosenblum has positioned PWR as a leader in innovative water management practices. His extensive experience is reflected in more than twenty peer-reviewed publications he has authored, all of which emphasize his dedication to fostering innovation and efficiency in the sector.

In addition to his role at PWR, Dr. Rosenblum serves as a Research Professor at the Colorado School of Mines Water Technology Hub, which further strengthens the company’s ability to combine rigorous academic research with real-world applications in water management.
